All apparel (e.g. t-shirts, jackets, gloves) comes with a 30-day quality guarantee and a manufacturer’s warranty (which varies by brand).

Covered:

  • Stitching defects

  • Faulty zips or fasteners

  • Material flaws not visible at the time of sale

Not covered:

  • Damage from misuse or improper care (e.g. incorrect washing)

  • General wear from regular use

  • Custom-printed or personalised items


📋 How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us at info@ironhogparts.com within the warranty period.

  2. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos where applicable.

  3. We’ll review the claim with the product manufacturer and respond within 2–3 working days.

If your claim is approved, we will:

  • Repair the item (if applicable),

  • Replace it with the same or equivalent item, or

  • Offer a full or partial refund, depending on the issue.
