At IronHogParts.com, we stand behind the quality of every Harley-Davidson® aftermarket part and USA-made biker apparel we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

This returns policy outlines your rights and our process for returning items, including faulty or unwanted goods.

📦 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a refund or exchange, provided:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, labels, and tags are intact

  • The product is not customised or made to order


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Customised or special-order parts

  • Electrical components (unless faulty)

  • Used or installed items

  • Clearance or final sale items (marked accordingly)

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just get in touch before returning it.


🛠 Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Received the wrong item, or something arrived damaged? We’ll make it right.

Please email info@ironhogparts.com within 7 days of delivery, including:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the fault or damage (if applicable)

We’ll either send a replacement, offer an exchange, or arrange a full refund depending on the situation.


🔁 How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us first at info@ironhogparts.com with your order details.

  2. Once approved, securely repackage the item.

  3. Return it to the address we provide.

  4. Keep your postal receipt and tracking information until the return is complete.

📦 Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds usually appear within 5–7 working days

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.


🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or part? Let us know, and we’ll do our best to arrange a like-for-like exchange (stock allowing). If the new item costs more or less, we’ll advise you of the price difference before shipping.


🌍 International Returns

We gladly accept returns from international customers, but:

  • Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer

  • Mark the parcel clearly as a "RETURN" to avoid customs charges

  • Any customs fees incurred on returned items will be deducted from your refund
